In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date they receive the goods.
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person authorized by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must send us a clear written statement of your decision (by email or postal mail). While not mandatory, you may use the standard withdrawal form provided below.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. This includes the cost of standard delivery (excluding any extra charges for express or special delivery methods).
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No administrative fees will be charged.
You must return the goods within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.
A return is considered valid if the goods are shipped before the 14-day deadline.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
Custom-made or personalized products
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
Audio, video, or software products once unsealed
Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, labels, and safety seals.
If an item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, we may apply a partial refund.
Please ensure that items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Please note: As the buyer, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
